Ascii characters

When posting from a unix server, html mode cannot be turned on. IE all
instructions will be visible, rather than their results.

<u>underline</u> must be replaced by _underline_ as a proxy.
There is however a range of choices of {Characters} that can be |utilized|
to add to emphasis. [Although they could become gimmicks].
